Andy and Bobby were good friends. Bobby appeared as often as he could on NBC's The Andy Williams Show in the 1960's and early 70's. Andy said of Bobby on the PBS Documentary Beyond the Song, "He always lent so much ... he gave so much to a show."

Not only was Williams a good friend, he was also a big fan of Bobby and "loved to watch him work." Andy performed to sell out crowds in Branson Missouri at his beautiful Moon River Theatre.

Mr. Williams passed away September 25, 2012. He will be missed.
