Forty five years ago today my Mom had the terrible burden of telling me that my Dad had passed away. While the days of my own youth are now long gone, my memory of him and his life lessons are still with me. They have not faded with the passage of time; in fact, they are more vivid and important to me now than ever.

How I wish he could have known my wife and children; he would have loved them and been very proud of them.

Merry Christmas everybody and thank you for the love, appreciation and respect you have always shown my family.
