It was no surprise when Bobby Darin won a Grammy award in 1959, especially to Mr. Darin himself.
Here is a copy of the official letter Bobby was sent, from Public Accountants Haskens and Sells,
dated Oct. 26, 1959, informing him of his Grammy wins for "Best New Artist" and the win for
"Mack the Knife" as "Record of the Year."
